Revyoo

The 4- and 5-star reviews get answered on their own. The 1- to 3-star ones stop for your approval.

Your business has a Google Business Profile and it gets reviews. Revyoo writes each reply with AI, posts the positive ones straight away, and puts the negative ones in a queue for you to approve, edit, or regenerate.

Waiting for youExample

Waited twenty minutes before anyone acknowledged me, and then nobody could tell me what was actually included. I left without getting the one thing I came in for.

I'm sorry. You should have been helped right away, and you should have walked out with a clear answer — neither happened, and that one is on us. I went through it with the team today. If you'll reach out to me directly, I'd like to settle your case myself.

What happens when you connect

  1. 1

You sign in with the business's Google account and grant the permission to manage the profile. Without it there is no way to read your reviews or publish replies: that is exactly what it is there for.

  2. 2

With that access, Revyoo reads the reviews that come in, publishes the replies, and — on the Pro plan — also publishes text-only posts to the profile. Nothing beyond that. And you can revoke the access whenever you want, from your own Google account.

  3. 3

Every 30 minutes it checks for new reviews. The 4- and 5-star ones go out answered. The 1-, 2-, and 3-star ones wait for you to approve, edit, or ask for another. None of them is published without that.

Frequently asked questions

Can the AI say something careless on a public complaint?

On those, it doesn't publish. Reviews of 1, 2, and 3 stars sit in an approval queue until you decide: approve as written, edit it, ask for a different reply, or reject it. You decide, every time.

The replies are written by AI. Won't they read like a robot?

They are written by AI, and that is not hidden anywhere: it is the point of the product. What keeps the text from going generic is the setup: you choose the tone (formal, friendly, or casual), describe the business in your own words, add specific instructions, and set the signature. And on negative reviews you read it before it goes out.

Does it work for my kind of business?

The criterion is not the industry. If the business has a Google Business Profile and it gets reviews, it works the same way for a clinic, a repair shop, or a restaurant. The one requirement is that the profile exists: access runs through the business's Google account, and there is no signup with an email and password.

I already use ChatGPT to write my replies.

That works too, for as long as you remember. ChatGPT doesn't know a new review arrived, doesn't know the history of your business, and doesn't publish to Google. That is four manual steps, every single time. Revyoo is the same text without the four steps.

Do I have to give access to my Google account?

Yes, and it is the permission to manage the profile. Without it there is no way to read a review or publish a reply. You can revoke it whenever you want, from your Google account.

Will Revyoo bring in new reviews for my business?

No. It replies to the reviews that arrive. It does not send a text, an email, or a link asking a customer to leave a review. And it works with Google only, not TripAdvisor, Facebook, Instagram, or Yelp.

Will this make me show up higher on Google?

We don't promise that, and be wary of anyone who does. Google itself says that replying to reviews can help a business stand out, but it does not list replying as a ranking factor. What Revyoo does guarantee is that no review goes unanswered, and that no negative one is answered without you seeing it first.

What if I go past my plan's review limit?

By default, nothing extra is charged. If you want to keep replying above the limit, you turn overage on and set a monthly cap: only then do you pay $0.10 per extra review, up to the cap you chose yourself. Not turned on, not charged.

What does it cost to try?

14 days free, no credit card. After that you decide, and you can cancel whenever you want. There is no lock-in.
