Terms of Service
Last updated: August 5, 2026
Scope of the Service
Revyoo (“we”, “our”, or “the platform”) connects to your business’s Google Business Profile, generates replies to your reviews with artificial intelligence, and publishes them on your profile.
- Every 30 minutes, the platform checks the connected profile for new reviews.
- Reviews of 4 and 5 stars have their reply published automatically.
- Reviews of 1, 2, and 3 stars go into an approval queue. You may approve as written, edit and approve, request a different reply, or reject it.
- The service works exclusively with Google Business Profile. There is no integration with Booking, TripAdvisor, Airbnb, Facebook, Instagram, Yelp, or any other platform.
- The platform does not solicit reviews: it does not send a text message, an email, or a link asking anyone to review your business.
- The platform does not remove, dispute, or report reviews.
- Access is exclusively through sign-in with the business’s Google account. There is no signup with an email and password.
Free Trial
The free trial lasts 14 days and requires no credit card. When it ends, you decide whether to subscribe to a plan. There is no lock-in contract and you may cancel whenever you want.
Billing and Prices
- The subscription is recurring, billed month to month, and processed by Stripe as the payment provider.
- Businesses in Brazil are billed in Brazilian reais. Everywhere else, billing is in US dollars.
- The two price tables are independent. The dollar price is not a currency conversion of the real price, and neither is the reverse: they are prices of their own, set separately for each market.
- Each plan includes one location. Additional locations are contracted as an add-on, with their own price.
- Price changes are published on this page and take effect in the following billing cycle.
Review Overage
Each plan has a monthly limit on the number of reviews replied to.
- Overage is off by default. If you reach your plan’s limit and do nothing, nothing extra is charged.
- To keep replying above the limit, you must turn overage on and set a monthly cap yourself.
- Only from that point on is there any charge per extra review, and it stops at the cap you set.
- With overage off, no overage charge occurs under any circumstance.
AI-Generated Responses
This is the most important section in this document. Read all of it.
- Every reply is generated by artificial intelligence.
- Replies are published on your Google Business Profile, in your name, and are publicly visible.
- You are responsible for the content published. You configure the tone, the business context, the custom instructions, and the signature, and you are the one answerable to your customers and to Google for what appears under your business’s name.
- This is precisely why reviews of 1, 2, and 3 stars require your approval. On those reviews, no reply goes live unless you approve it, edit it, or ask for another. Human review sits where the risk is highest.
- Reviews of 4 and 5 stars are replied to and published automatically, per the configuration you chose when connecting the business. By using the service, you authorize that automatic publication.
- AI-generated text can contain errors. We recommend that you keep an eye on published replies and adjust the agent’s instructions whenever the output is not what you expected.
Access to Your Google Account
To function, the platform needs the business.manage permission on your Google
account — the permission to manage the Google Business Profile.
- Without that permission there is no way to read reviews or publish replies.
- With that access, the platform reads incoming reviews and publishes replies. The Pro plan also publishes posts on the profile, text only, up to the plan’s limit.
- You may revoke that access at any time, directly in your Google account’s security settings, without depending on us.
- Once access is revoked, the platform stops reading reviews and stops publishing replies for the connected business.
Acceptable Use
By using the platform, you agree to keep your use in compliance with Google’s guidelines for business profiles and reviews. In particular, it is prohibited to:
- Use the service to reply to reviews you know to be fake, fabricated, or left by someone who was never a customer, instead of reporting them to Google through the proper channels.
- Use the service in any attempt to manipulate the business’s rating, including buying, improperly incentivizing, or fabricating reviews.
- Connect a business profile you are not authorized to manage.
- Publish, through the replies, content that is unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, or that infringes a third party’s rights.
Non-compliance may lead to suspension of your Revyoo account and, separately, to sanctions applied by Google itself to your profile — over which we have no control.
No Guarantee of Results
- We guarantee no business outcome of any kind. We do not promise a higher star rating, more revenue, more reservations, more customers, or improved placement in Google Search or on Maps.
- Google states publicly that replying to reviews can help a business stand out, but it does not list replying to reviews as a ranking factor. Do not read more into it than that, and be wary of anyone who does.
- The service depends on Google APIs, which may change, become unavailable, or alter their terms without notice from us. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
- The service is provided “as is”, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Suspension and Termination
- You may end your subscription whenever you want, with no lock-in.
- We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of the “Acceptable Use” section, for non-payment, or for use that puts our Google API access at risk.
- After cancellation, your data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law — the same window declared in the Privacy Policy.
- Replies already published on your Google profile remain on Google after cancellation. They live on your profile, under your control, and removing them is something you do at Google, not here.
Changes to These Terms
We may change these terms. Changes are published on this page, and the “last updated” date at the top is changed along with them. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
