Revyoo (“we”, “our”, or “the platform”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Data Collection

We collect information necessary to provide our review management services:

• When you log in with your Google account, we collect your name, email, and user ID for authentication.
• Information from your Google Business Profile, including business name and category.
• Location data, address, and contact information for your connected businesses.
• Google reviews from your businesses, including content, rating, date, and author information (when publicly available).

AI Processing

We use artificial intelligence to generate review responses:

• We use Google Gemini to analyze review content and generate contextualized responses.
• The goal is to create professional, personalized responses that reflect your business tone.
• Prompts sent to the AI and generated responses are stored for up to 90 days for improvement and audit purposes.
• You have full control: you can approve, edit, or regenerate any response before publication.

Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored in our infrastructure:

• We use Supabase as our database and authentication provider.
• We use Sentry as a subprocessor for error and performance monitoring. Sentry receives only anonymous identifiers (UUID) and technical error data — never email, name, or review content. Session data is masked (maskAllText and blockAllMedia).
• Data is hosted in South American data centers for LGPD compliance.
• We implement encryption at rest and in transit, strict access controls, and continuous monitoring.
• Your data is retained while your account is active. After cancellation, it is deleted within 30 days, unless required by law.

Your Rights (LGPD Art. 18)

Under the General Data Protection Law, you have the following rights:

• Confirm if your data is being processed and access it in a simplified format.
• Request correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
• Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal exceptions.
• Request transfer of your data to another service provider.
• Oppose processing of your data when there is no legal basis.
• Revoke consent at any time, without affecting prior processing.
