Revyoo

Nobody answers your guests before you have read it.

Four- and five-star reviews are answered and published on their own. The one- to three-star ones wait for you, with the reply already drafted, ready to approve, edit, or regenerate. The house is yours. So is the last word.

The room smelled damp and the shower never got properly hot. When we went down to say something, there was nobody at the desk. For what we paid a night, we expected a great deal better.

Generated response

I'm sorry. The damp and the shower are ours to fix, and finding no one at the desk when you came down to tell us is worse than either of them. Thank you for putting it plainly — that is how the house gets better. If you are ever back in the area, I would welcome the chance to get it right.

What happens when you connect the inn

  1. 1

You sign in with the inn's Google account and authorize Revyoo to manage the profile. That permission is what opens the reviews and the reply field: without it, there is nothing to read and no way to answer.

  2. 2

With that access, Revyoo reads the reviews that arrive, publishes the replies, and, for Pro plan accounts, also publishes text-only posts to the profile, up to the plan's limit. Nothing beyond that. And the access can be revoked at any moment, from your own Google account.

  3. 3

Every 30 minutes it checks whether a new review has come in. Four- and five-star reviews are answered and published right away. One- to three-star reviews wait for your approval. Not one of them goes live without you.

Frequently asked questions

Can anyone reply to my guests before I have seen it?

No. Reviews of one to three stars go into an approval queue. You approve as written, edit, ask for a different reply, or reject it. On those reviews, nothing is published without your decision.

My PMS already promises a reputation module. Why add this?

That module covers what your PMS is connected to, and this is not meant to take its place. Revyoo covers Google, which is where a guest who does not know your inn yet goes looking. It works exclusively with Google Business Profile: it does not connect to Booking, TripAdvisor, Airbnb, or your PMS.

An inn has a personality. Won't an automatic reply flatten it?

You set the tone — formal, friendly, or casual — write out in plain text what Revyoo needs to know about the house, add instructions such as “always invite them back” or “never offer a discount,” and sign it your own way. On criticism, you read it before it is published. What changes is not the voice of the inn; it is who writes the first draft.

American guests write long, detailed reviews. What happens with those?

That length is what makes answering by hand so costly: a four-paragraph review cannot be met with one line of thanks. Revyoo drafts the reply from the review itself, in the language it was written in, using the context and the instructions you set. Four and five stars are published on their own; anything below that reaches you first.

Are the replies written by artificial intelligence?

They are, and that is not concealed anywhere. Revyoo generates every reply with AI, in the same language the review was written in, using the context and the tone you configured. On four and five stars it goes live directly; on one to three, only after you approve.

Do I need to give access to my Google account?

You do: it is the permission to manage the profile. Without it there is no way to read a review or publish a reply. You can revoke that access whenever you wish, from your Google account.

Does replying to reviews bring in more guests?

We do not promise that, and it is worth being wary of anyone who does. Google itself says that replying to reviews can help a business stand out, but it does not list that as a ranking factor. What Revyoo guarantees is that no review is left unanswered and that no criticism is answered without you seeing it first.

What if high season runs past the plan's limit?

By default, nothing extra is charged. If you want to keep replying above the limit, you turn overage on and set a monthly cap: only then do you pay $0.10 per extra review up to the cap you chose yourself. Not turned on, not charged. There is no surprise invoice.

What does it cost to try?

Nothing. 14 days free, with no credit card. After that you decide, and you can cancel whenever you want. There is no lock-in.
